Mishell is a self proclaimed professional sleuth and queen of curiosity, vested in finding the latest of trends, memes and new tech. Originally from Peru, and having lived in four continents, Mishell brings a worldly perspective to business and innovation, constantly testing the limits of design and strategy. Obsessed with creating the unimaginable, she started her career in the world of startups very early on while in high school and has held roles as a research analyst, growth strategist and consultant. As Associate Director of Innovation Strategy at Digital Surgeons, Mishell has worked with Fortune 500 companies and some of the world’s largest organizations developing entirely new business opportunities allowing them to move from product to software industries in disruptive matters. She thrives in chaos and the discoveries the come from diverse collaboration

Mishell is driven by her passion to bring accessible education to communities in need. She is dedicated to her volunteer time spent with small organizations raising scholarship funds for students from less privileged communities, inspired and motivated by her childhood in both Peru and America.
